Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@luxehecho.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

5. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
• If you need an exchange, contact us at support@luxehecho.com

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

7. Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely for return shipping
• Luxe Hecho is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service
